Help CenterTo download sounds you need to have credits in your account and an active subscription plan. If you don't have enough credits to download sounds or your plan has expired, you'll have to re-subscribe your plan before proceeding.
Once you've got an active plan and enough credits in your account to cover the cost of the download, simply go to the sound page to download the file.
Please note: You can always re-download any file downloaded with credits at no additional cost from your download history.
