Refunds

All charges are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

Slooply offers refunds for double charges and billing errors within a 90 day period. Any charges exceeding our 90-day policy will be credited to your Slooply account.

Members can cancel anytime. No contract or commitment. Please ensure that you cancel your account 24 hours before your next payment date. If you don’t, then your account will be charged for the next month and you will be able to access your account for the full month you paid for. 

In your panel you will find all information regarding subsequent payments, the possibility of changing the plan or canceling it.
